Located one block south of Piedmont Hospital, our office can be found on the same side of the road and right next door to El Azteca. Look for a one lane entrance from Peachtree Street. Upon entering the parking lot, collect your green parking ticket before proceeding to visitor parking. Vistor parking is located on your right-hand side as you turn into the parking lot. Royal blue signs indicate visitor parking spaces.

Be sure to stop at the receptionist window after your appointment to validate your green parking ticket. You will be responsible for $1.50 when exiting the parking lot.
